You are welcome at Oeuf 7 days a week. On weekdays from 10 a.m to 4 p.m and Saturday and Sunda from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. being enlightened and treated by the tastiest egg dishes from all over the world. You can also come by for a good old cup of coffee, a nice glass of wine or a fun cocktail. So come by and our staff will welcome you with open arms in our cozy restaurant or on our heated terrace. No reservations needed!

Because of our extremely great love for egg, the idea
for Oeuf was born.
With a shared passion for egg curated“bites”, three friends Geza Weisz, Jeroen van der Linden and Tijn Verstappen decided in May of 2019 to open Oeuf. Located in the nicest street of Amsterdam,
De Frans Halsstraat in the Pijp.
The shared love for eggs arose because with this one single product there’s an endless amount of possibilities. Many famous and diverse recipes fall into the hands of a single egg. During our various travels we always realized how many incredible ways you can utilize the egg. This is reflected in the Oeuf menu, which is carefully selected and inspired by dishes from the United States, Israel, England, France and many more.
